I've spent a lot of time traveling alone over the last four years. During very long road trips, flying, and hiking I've come to realize the importance of having a distraction from being in your head too much. We all like music for many different reasons and certain genres and tunes fit quite nicely into specific times of our lives. When on the road, in the sky, or walking over mountain passes, I find it a grand luxury to refresh my thoughts with comforting music.
